Job Summary:
The Production Technician – Chemical Process plays a key role in supporting daily operations within a controlled chemical manufacturing environment. This position involves safely handling, mixing, and processing chemicals while following strict safety, quality, and clean room standards. The ideal candidate has experience in chemical processing or laboratory environments, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and compliant workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Chemical Processing & Production
• Perform chemical processing operations according to written instructions and safety protocols
• Handle and mix chemicals while following environmental and contamination control procedures
• Inspect products during and after processing to ensure quality standards are met

Documentation & Systems
• Accurately document processing data, batch records, and quality checks
• Use computers to record production information and maintain logs
• Perform basic math calculations for batch preparation and process adjustments

Quality & Safety
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with clean room standards
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Communicate any quality concerns or safety issues to supervisors

Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with chemicals in a production or laboratory setting
• Strong and stable work history
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic math skills for measurements and data tracking
• Comfortable using computers for data entry and documentation
• Must be a non-smoker and non-vaper (clean room requirement)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
