Traffic / Logistics Data Entry Specialist (Temporary)

Location: Lexington, KY
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Onsite | 8-hour shifts
Flexible start time between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Assignment Length: Approximately 3 Months

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented temporary employee to support our Traffic/Logistics Department with high-volume data entry and administrative tasks. This role will primarily focus on entering and correcting Post Summary Corrections (PSC) information while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

Perform high-volume data entry related to Post Summary Corrections (PSC)
Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized electronic records and documentation
Utilize Microsoft Excel to enter, track, and update data
Support the Traffic/Logistics team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations

Qualifications

Strong computer and data entry skills required
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
Previous logistics, traffic, administrative, or data entry experience preferred
