Lead Carpenter/Foreman
Pay: $35+/HR Depending on experience
Full-Time Position with Flexible Schedule (Operations run 7 days a week)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Lead Carpenter/Foreman to join a well-established construction company. This full-time role requires a consistent schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading a team and overseeing a variety of construction tasks, including carpentry, concrete, plumbing, electrical, heating, roofing, snow removal, and aisle fitting
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
Ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition
Adhering to company policies, safety protocols, and deadlines
Arriving to work on time and prepared for each day

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of experience across multiple construction trades
Own basic hand tools
Drug-free work environment and background screening required
