We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter III in San Diego, CA. This will be an 11-month contract role with the potential to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, with a focus on SDE II and SDE III talent
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, internal tools, and creative sourcing strategies
- Conduct recruiter phone screens and assess candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring goals and priorities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Send and manage candidate assessments and track progress through hiring stages
- Drive sourcing initiatives and continuously improve recruiting strategies
- Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Manage multiple requisitions, projects, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of corporate and/or agency technical recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing
- Proven experience recruiting for software engineering roles (SDE preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize effectively
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and drive talent pipelines
- Experience developing and executing recruiting strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with diversity sourcing and employer branding initiatives
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering results
Pay Range:
- Pay range for this position will be $48.41 to $53.41 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
