Assembly 2nd Shift

Position Summary
We are hiring Assemblers across multiple production areas including electromechanical, cable assembly, distribution builds (small to large), and final assembly. These roles focus on building, wiring, inspecting, and finishing products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with tools, instructions, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble components and products following work instructions, drawings, and SOPs
Use hand and power tools to build, wire, or finish assemblies
Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications
Read and follow job orders, production documents, and basic diagrams or schematics
Complete required production documentation and data entry
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements

Role-Specific Focus Areas (varies by assignment)

Electromechanical: Panel building, wiring to schematics, and electrical testing
Cable Assembly: Building and assembling cable products in a high-volume setting
Distro Assembly (Small to Large Builds): Mechanical assembly of distribution units and subassemblies
Final Assembly / Clean-Up: Final inspection, unit finishing, cleaning, and product verification

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or GED
1–2+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred)
Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, or basic schematics (electrical experience preferred for some roles)
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools
Basic math and computer/data entry skills (ERP systems such as Epicor preferred)
Strong attention to detail, quality, and productivity
Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
Ability to read, write, and understand English workplace instructions
Experience with wiring, electrical assembly, or blueprint reading (preferred, depending on role)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to comply with pre-employment screening (where applicable)

Employment Type & Compensation

This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
Pay rate is $20.00 per hour
Application Window: Open until filled

Work Schedule

2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
