More Information & ApplyVIP Staffing is Immediately hiring a Recruiter for a leading organization in Albuquerque, NM
This is a Full time temporary position. After 3 months they will evaluate if the project should continue or if they can hire on directly
Schedule is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Pay for this position starts at $21.00 per hour
As a Recruiter you will:
- Create and post jobs for hourly positions to various job boards and social media outlets
- Schedule intake calls with hiring managers
- Source and qualify candidate resumes
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews
- manage the entire candidate experience from pre-screen to offer
- Collaborate with hiring manager to understand talent needs and ensure candidates are assessed according to the requirements
- Facilitate interviews
- Complete all onboarding activities and facilitate pre-employment screenings
Recruiter candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of recruitment/staffing/onboarding experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience in driving strategic recruitment efforts
- Experience recruiting in a fast paced environment
- Intermediate level experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
