Manual TIG Welder

Ford Program | Multiple Shifts Available | Immediate Openings

We are actively hiring Manual TIG Welders to support an exciting Ford program. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for strong performers. Candidates must have hands-on TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Shift Availability

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (+$2.00/hr shift premium)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (+$2.00/hr shift premium)

Pay Rate

$23-$26/hour starting
+$2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift
Candidates above range may still be submitted (please indicate requested rate)

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual TIG welding on components and assemblies
Weld according to prints, specifications, and quality standards
Work with thin-gauge metals and precision welds
Inspect finished welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance
Maintain welding equipment and a clean, safe work area
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Meet production goals while maintaining high workmanship standards

Qualifications

Proven TIG welding experience (manual)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
Strong attention to detail and quality
Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments preferred
Ability to work assigned shift and overtime if needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
