Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver top-tier talent across a range of professional and administrative functions, including marketing, sales, commercial, and medical affairs. You’ll also serve as a key ambassador of our employer brand, driving talent engagement initiatives and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and engage top talent through creative channels including Boolean search, networking, social media, and recruiting platforms.
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and craft sourcing strategies that align with future workforce plans.
Champion our employer value proposition by building partnerships with local communities, colleges, and professional networks.
Design and execute inclusive sourcing campaigns to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, managing communications and nurturing long-term relationships.
Maintain an organized database of prospects and active candidates to build ongoing talent pipelines.
Lead recruitment marketing efforts through digital and social media campaigns.
Conduct market research and talent mapping for assigned functions and regions.
Manage relationships with external staffing agencies and drive college recruiting initiatives in assigned geographies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
6+ years of talent sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.
Proficient with sourcing tools, social media, Boolean search techniques, and applicant tracking systems (Jobvite or SuccessFactors a plus).
Prior experience in staffing agencies or executive search is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
