Senior Project Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead medium to high-complexity projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to cost, delivery, and quality metrics
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements
Manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Monitor daily production schedules and provide technical solutions to resolve issues
Create detailed status reports and financial tracking documents
Maintain project documentation and deliverables
Present technical information to various stakeholders
Support larger program initiatives with expansions to other sites and/or states
Mentor junior project managers
Collaborate with customers and internal teams throughout project lifecycle
Recommend and implement process improvements

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in power distribution/generation
Demonstrated knowledge of UL standards (891, 1558, 67, 857, 1008, 62368/60950)
Strong communication and leadership skills. Must be comfortable communicating directly with customers and key stakeholders/
Ability to travel up to 25% to domestic sites around the United States
PMP certification desired
