Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Enjoy a consistent, four-day workweek with Wednesdays off!)
Your Responsibilities:
As a Medical Assistant in this psychiatric medicine practice, you will be trusted with a blend of clinical and administrative duties, including:
Recording and documenting patient vitals (manual and electronic), with attention to accuracy and discrepancy detection
Assisting with medication orders and coordinating patient follow-up care
Managing patient communications—answering phones, returning messages, and handling general inquiries
Providing front-desk support when needed
Supporting physicians and clinical staff in delivering empathetic, patient-centered psychiatric care
Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (behavioral health or psychiatric setting preferred)
✅ Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clinical and clerical responsibilities
✅ A professional, polished demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Compassionate, patient-first attitude and a team-oriented mindset
